Winnie is the modern take on the traditional. My absolute favorite! A big A line sweep is perfect for twirling and the flat pleated front and back with deep side pockets make it wearable for any occasion. The 3/4 sleeves with the soft smocking can easily be easily pushed up with ease and comfort (without leaving marks!!). A low arm hole and a big 2 inch hem means we can wear it until it wears us out!
